About Ilene Leshinsky:

Ilene is a former psychotherapist who has been working for 25 years with women who are in conflict with their bodies. She is the founder and creator of Find Body Freedom. For the first half of her life, as a very overweight child and later as an adult in the throes of restrictive and binge eating, Ilene battled with her body. She will share her healing journey with you.
