Knowing the Meaning Behind Your Score:
Add up all of yesses. If you have at least 15, you more than likely have some challenges with body image, weight, and food. If you scored 20 or more yesses, you definitely need to work on your understanding, beliefs, and behaviors in these categories.
 
Now look a little more closely. Are there any categories in which you have 5 or more yesses? If you do, that indicates a specific area that needs your attention.
