3) Nourish yourself
Food is a source of energy which can give you the boost that you need. By listening to your body, you will learn when you want to eat and when you don’t want to eat. You will also learn when you have had enough and not to over do it. In doing so, you will feel satisfaction, instead of regret.
4) Stop Comparing Yourself to Others
Women must learn not to compare themselves to other women. When we start comparing ourselves to others we are constantly Find things that are wrong with us. This can start affecting our inner self-love.
