In this module, I ask you to challenge some long-held beliefs about body image and beauty. If we’re ever going to find peace with and in our bodies, we have to look at ourselves through more gentle eyes and fully understand the negative health consequences of pursuing thinness at any cost.

  • What shapes body image? (Includes who and what has shaped yours – and the majority of women)

  • The impact of negative body image and how this affects the choices and decisions we make every day.
