In this module, I ask you to look at your relationship with the scale, with the number that appears when you step on the scale, how you feel about that number, and what you do with those feelings. 


You will learn:

  • What do the numbers mean? (A look at BMI, height/ weight charts)

  • Is there a magic number for me? (Includes a look at a natural weight, ideal weight, and set point theory, genetics, and exercise)


And you’ll decide:

  • To weigh yourself or not by examining your relationship with the scale
